Currently, as our platform functions primarily through local browser storage, data processing by our servers is strictly limited to essential functionality. You retain full control over this data on your local device.

Under the DPDPA, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your data. Because your learning data is stored locally, you can exercise these rights instantly at any time via the master dashboard settings (e.g., using the "Reset Progress" feature to erase all data).

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use session-based identifiers to maintain your preferences and XP levels. No invasive tracking or cross-site fingerprinting is performed on our systems.

5. Changes to this Policy & Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KumawatPulse Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for damages resulting from external unauthorized access to your local device or browser.
