1. Platform Independence & Affiliation
This is an independent educational platform. It is not an official Government of India website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with UPSC, GPSC, or any government department.
2. Information Reliability
While we strive to provide high-quality data derived from authoritative sources, we make no guarantees of absolute accuracy. We do not guarantee exam success or selection. Exam schedules, syllabi, government schemes, and geographic boundaries may change or contain errors. Always verify critical information from official government sources.
3. Map Boundary Disclaimer
Map data, including internal and international boundaries, is provided strictly for educational representation and visualization purposes only. It should not be used for legal or official purposes. Users must cross-verify boundaries with the Survey of India.
4. Permitted Usage
The platform is provided for educational and competitive exam preparation. Any commercial scrapers or unauthorized data extraction is strictly prohibited.

The UI design, curated datasets (excluding public government sources), and the "UPSC Maps" brand are property of KumawatPulse Technologies.
6. Limitation of Liability & "AS-IS" Warranty
The platform and all materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KumawatPulse Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the platform, reliance on the educational material, or exam performance.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KumawatPulse Technologies Pvt Ltd and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
